How your payout is processed and when the money lands
A withdrawal starts in the cashier. You pick a payout method, enter the amount and send the request to us. We then check it and approve it: our target is to process every request within 12 hours, and approval can take up to three days while a request sits pending, for example when verification still needs finishing.

Get started with a welcome bonus
Once the request is approved, how quickly the money reaches you depends on the method. E-wallet and Bitcoin wallet payouts are the fastest; card payouts travel through the banking system and take a little longer.
- Check that your balance is ready to be cashed out
You need at least 3× your deposited amount in turnover before a request can be submitted, and any active bonus has to have its wagering finished first.
- Open the cashier and choose your method
Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, MiFinity and a Bitcoin wallet are the payout routes. The minimum is £10 on most options.
- We look over the request and approve it
We aim to clear this stage within 12 hours. A request can stay pending for up to three days, which is why having your documents already uploaded helps.
- The money travels to you
After approval, e-wallet and Bitcoin wallet payouts usually arrive within the hour, and card payouts within one to three banking days.
| Stage | How long it takes |
|---|---|
| We process and approve your request | Target within 12 hours, up to 3 days pending |
| E-wallet payout after approval | Up to 1 hour |
| Bitcoin wallet payout after approval | Up to 1 hour |
| Card payout after approval | 1-3 banking days |
Where you can cash out to, and the minimum for each route
You can withdraw to Visa and Mastercard, to your bank by transfer, to MiFinity or to a Bitcoin wallet. The minimum withdrawal is £10 across our payment options; bank transfer is set higher in our withdrawal terms, at £500, and is the one route that can carry a charge.
| Method | Minimum withdrawal | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Visa and Mastercard | £10 | None |
| MiFinity | £10 | None |
| Bitcoin wallet | £20 | None |
| Bank transfer | £500 | Up to £16 |
Card withdrawals are capped at £4,000 per transaction, so a larger balance leaves in several requests rather than one. If you funded your account in crypto, the Bitcoin wallet is the crypto route out, from £20.
- £10 gets a payout moving on most methods, so you don't have to build up a big balance first
- You can hold several currencies in one account at Bilucky Casino and cash out in the one you played in
- We may ask you to show that the payment method you are using belongs to you
Daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits
Account-level limits cap how much can leave in a given period. They are £4,000 a day, £16,000 a week and £50,000 a month. There is no win limit, so the size of a win is never cut down; the limits only set the pace at which a large balance is paid out.
| Period | Standard limit | With limits set or self-exclusion active |
|---|---|---|
| Per day | £4,000 | £500 |
| Per week | £16,000 | £1,500 |
| Per month | £50,000 | £5,000 |
A worked example: a £60,000 balance comes out as £50,000 in the first month and the remaining £10,000 in the next, with each week capped at £16,000 and each day at £4,000 along the way. Nothing expires in the meantime; the balance simply stays in your account until the next window opens.
The 3× turnover you need before requesting a payout
Before a withdrawal request can be submitted, your deposit needs to have been played through at least three times. It is a straightforward multiplication: take what you deposited and multiply by three, and that is the total amount of bets you need to have placed.
- Deposit £20 - place £60 in bets before you request a payout
- Deposit £100 - place £300 in bets
- Deposit £500 - place £1,500 in bets
- Deposit £1,000 - place £3,000 in bets
Your real money balance is always played first, so if you are not using a bonus, ordinary play clears this requirement quickly. If a bonus is running on the account, its own 40× wagering has to be completed before the balance can be withdrawn, and a maximum bet of £5 per spin applies for as long as that bonus is active.
Deposit, play and cash out
Your first deposits come with the welcome package
Up to **£4,200 in bonus funds plus 300 free spins** across your first deposits, from £20 a deposit, with 40× wagering on the bonus and a £5 max bet while it runs.
Verification before your first withdrawal
We verify every account before the first payout, and we hold a gaming licence to operate. Verification happens in the Verification section of your player profile: you upload clear colour copies of the documents we ask for, and the current status of each one is shown there so you always know where you stand.
- A government-issued photo ID
- Proof of address, such as a utility bill no older than three months
- Proof that the payment method you are using belongs to you

Blurred photos, cropped corners and black-and-white scans are the usual reason a document has to be sent again, so take the picture in good light with all four edges visible. Your connection to us is encrypted throughout, and accounts are open to players aged 18 and over only.
What can hold a payout up, and how to avoid it
Most requests move through without anything needing attention. When one does sit longer, it is almost always one of the points below, and each has a quick fix.
- Verification is unfinished. Upload the documents in your profile and the request can continue as soon as they are accepted.
- A proof of address is too old. It needs to be dated within the last three months.
- The 3× deposit turnover is not yet met. Keep playing until the total of your bets reaches three times what you deposited.
- A bonus is still wagering. The 40× requirement on that bonus has to be completed before the balance can leave.
- The amount is above a period limit. Split it: up to £4,000 a day, £16,000 a week and £50,000 a month.
- A bank transfer request is below £500. Either raise the amount or pick a method with a £10 minimum instead.
If a request has been pending and you want to know where it is, our live chat is open around the clock in English, French and German, and email support is available too. Our support team can see the status of your payout and tell you what, if anything, is outstanding.
What a withdrawal costs you, and the currencies you can take out in
Withdrawals are free of charge on most methods: cards, MiFinity and Bitcoin wallet payouts leave without a cut taken by us. Bank transfers are the exception and may carry a fee of up to £16. There are no additional fees on deposits either, so a £200 deposit is £200 in your balance.
- Cards, MiFinity and Bitcoin wallet: no withdrawal fee
- Bank transfer: up to £16, with a £500 minimum under our withdrawal terms
- Deposits: no fees, and card deposits from £20 to £4,000 credit instantly
You can keep thirteen currencies in a single account, major fiat alongside ten cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT and LTC. That means you don't need a second account to play in a different currency, and you cash out in the one you have been playing with.
Tools for keeping your withdrawals and spending in hand
One of our tools sits directly on payouts: a withdrawal lock, which stops money being pulled back into play once you have decided to cash it out. Alongside it you can set deposit limits, loss limits, session limits and stake limits, take a cool-off period, switch on reality checks, use the self-assessment test, or self-exclude. All of these are applied through our support team, so a message on live chat is enough to put one in place.
Remember that setting limits or self-excluding also lowers your payout ceilings to £500 a day, £1,500 a week and £5,000 a month, which is intentional: smaller amounts, moving more slowly, while your protections are active. Playing with us is entertainment and the money you stake is genuinely at risk, so only play with what you can afford to lose. Support organisations GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy are there if gambling stops feeling like a game.

Withdrawal: questions and answers
How long does a withdrawal take?
We aim to process every request within 12 hours, and a request can stay pending for up to three days. After approval, e-wallet and Bitcoin wallet payouts usually arrive within an hour and card payouts within one to three banking days.
What is the smallest amount I can withdraw?
£10 on most payment options, and £20 to a Bitcoin wallet. Bank transfer is set at £500 in our withdrawal terms.
Do you charge anything to pay me out?
No, withdrawals are free on cards, MiFinity and Bitcoin wallet. Bank transfers may carry a fee of up to £16.
How much can I take out in a day?
£4,000 a day, within £16,000 a week and £50,000 a month. If you have deposit limits set or self-exclusion active, those figures become £500, £1,500 and £5,000.
Why do I have to bet 3× my deposit before withdrawing?
It is a minimum turnover condition on deposits, so your deposit has to be played through three times before a request can be submitted. On a £100 deposit that is £300 in bets.
What documents do you need from me?
Typically a government-issued ID, a proof of address no older than three months and proof that your payment method is yours. Upload clear colour copies in the Verification section of your profile.
Can I withdraw while a bonus is still running?
The 40× wagering on that bonus needs to be completed first, and a £5 maximum bet per spin applies until it is. Once the wagering is done, the balance is yours to cash out.
Is there a cap on how much I can win?
No, there is no win limit. A large win is paid out in full, spread across the daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits.
