Accepting these terms, and how we change them
By opening an account with Bilucky Casino, or by continuing to use one, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. They apply alongside the rules of each game, the terms of any offer you take part in, and our privacy and cookie policies.
Where an offer's own terms differ from these general terms, the offer's terms apply to that promotion only.
We may change these terms, for example to reflect the law, our licensing obligations or the way our systems work. The version on this page is the current one and carries the date it last changed. Where a change affects your rights in a material way, we tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may close your account and withdraw any available balance once the usual checks are complete.
Eligibility, your account and verification
Age, residence and one account each
- You must be 18 or over. We do not allow anyone under 18 to register, stake or be paid, and underage gambling is an offence.
- Our services are intended for players resident in the United Kingdom, and you are responsible for the law that applies where you are.
- You may hold one account only, in your own name. You must not open an account for someone else or let anyone else use yours.
- We hold a gaming licence and are required to verify the accounts we open, so the details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Keeping your login safe
Your username and password are personal to you. Keep them private, do not share them, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Until you tell us, play and payments made with your login count as yours. Where we find duplicate accounts held by the same person or household, we may close the extra accounts and remove any bonus benefit taken through them.
Verification checks
Before your first withdrawal, and at other times where we are required to, we check your identity, your age and your address. We may ask for photographic identification, a recent bill or statement, or proof of the payment method used. Play and withdrawals can be held while a check is outstanding. Where the law or our licensing obligations require it, we may also ask about the source of your funds, and we may be unable to release a withdrawal until we have what we have asked for.
Deposits, withdrawals and payment methods
You may deposit only with a payment method held in your own name. The methods open to you, the minimum and maximum amounts and the time each one takes are shown in the cashier. Balances are held for play, earn no interest and are not an investment.
- Ask for your withdrawal in the cashier, using a method available to your account.
- We send funds back by the method you deposited with wherever that is possible, and otherwise by another method in your own name.
- Any outstanding identity, address or source-of-funds check is completed first.
- Once approved, the payment is sent; how long it then takes depends on your provider.
We may hold or refuse a payment where we suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. If funds, a bonus or a game result are credited to your account in error, we may correct the balance and ask for the return of anything paid out because of that error. The withdrawal limits that apply to your account are shown in the cashier.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, published with the offer and forming part of these terms once you take part. Before you opt in, go through the following points.
- The wagering requirement sets how many times the bonus must be staked before any winnings from it can be withdrawn, and the offer terms say which games count towards it and at what rate.
- A maximum stake normally applies while wagering is still outstanding, and bets placed above it may cost you the bonus and anything won with it.
- Bonus funds and the winnings from them expire after the period stated in the offer, and whatever is left in the bonus balance is removed when that period ends.
- Some offers cap the amount you can win or withdraw from the bonus, and anything above that cap is not paid out to you.
- Many offers need a qualifying deposit, and the smallest amount that counts towards it is the minimum shown in the cashier when you opt in.
Promotions are offered at our discretion. We may limit, change or end an offer, or decide that an account is not eligible for it.
We treat it as abuse of promotions where play is arranged to take the value of a bonus with little or no risk, for example low-risk or opposing bets placed only to clear wagering, the use of more than one account, or players acting together to claim the same offer. Where we find abuse, we may void the bonus and the winnings from it, and close the account in serious cases. Deposited funds are returned.
Safer gambling, and closing or suspending an account
Gambling should stay affordable and enjoyable. From your account you can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a time-out, or self-exclude for a longer period. A lower limit applies straight away; a higher one takes effect only after the cooling-off period shown in your account.
While a time-out or self-exclusion is running you cannot deposit or play, and we take you out of our marketing. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted early. GamStop lets you block yourself from licensed gambling sites with a single request, and free, confidential support is available from GamCare, GambleAware and the National Gambling Helpline.
Closing or suspending an account
You can close your account at any time from your account pages or by writing to our support team, and we return any available balance once the usual checks are complete. We may suspend or close an account where we are obliged to, where we suspect fraud or criminal activity, where the details given are false, where these terms are broken, or where the account has been inactive for the period set out in your account. If an account is closed for a breach, we may void bonuses and the winnings connected with it; your own deposited funds are returned.
Complaints, liability and governing law
If something goes wrong
Tell us first. Write to support@casinobilucky.co.uk or use the live chat, giving your username and what happened and when. We confirm that we have your complaint, look into it and give you a considered answer within a reasonable time, and we keep you posted if more time is needed. If we cannot settle matters between us, you may take the complaint to the independent dispute resolution service that handles complaints for our site, free of charge; we give you its details with our final answer. This does not affect your legal rights.
Liability and governing law
We provide the site and the games with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot promise that they will always be available or free of faults. Where a game result is affected by an obvious technical error, the result is void and the stakes are returned. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own device, connection or payment provider. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law; otherwise our liability is limited to the balance in your account and the stakes in the affected transaction.
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms to anyone else. These terms are written in English and are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
